Camp is for all freshmen and new players to LAHS who are interested in playing softball at Los Alamitos High School (grades 9–12).

Registration

Sign up at LAEF Camps & Clinics. Registration fee: $250.

On the LAEF site, click Register Now, choose Summer Sports Camps 2026 from the Season menu, then click Apply Filter. Find your session(s), create a profile or log in, and complete registration. You can also select Rob Weil in the Instructor menu to filter to this camp.

Camp overview

Coach Rob Weil and his staff cover fundamentals of fielding, throwing, hitting, and base running, plus pitching and catching fundamentals.

Required equipment

• Bat, glove, helmet, cleats, and water bottle
• Personal catching gear if available

Insurance & waivers

Each camper must be covered by her parents’ insurance. Accepting LAEF’s waivers is required and serves as a medical release. Any medical expenses from injury or illness are the responsibility of the camper’s private insurance.
